Community Foundation 2009 Garden Party

As the Community Foundation of Dutchess County celebrates our 40th Anniversary we hope you will plan to join us on Sunday, September 13 as our many friends old and new help pay tribute to these dedicated individuals for their personal contributions to our community:

A signature event for the Community Foundation of Dutchess County, the annual Garden Party is open to the public and allows the Foundation to publicly recognize the community service and contributions of citizens from Dutchess County while sharing information about the Foundation and some of the various programs supported by grants made possible by our more than 400 charitable funds.  Through the generous support of our sponsors, supporters and guests, all net proceeds from this annual Garden Party support the Community Foundation’s efforts to promote philanthropy in Dutchess, Ulster and Putnam counties, and provide much needed funding to support the programs and services of worthy local nonprofit organizations.

Honorary Co-Chairs for the event are last year’s Honorees: Kip Bleakley O'Neill and Arthur L. Gellert.  Event Chair is Nancy Rossi Brownell; Sandy Arteaga  is Sponsorship Chair.
